The "chromium-based surface treatment" of the electrochemical membrane industry is superior to conventional hard chrome plating (Hv=700), which is why this Cr-C4 treatment is established as the standard treatment for "hard chrome plating." "BCr (black chrome)" has a uniform micro-crack (velvet-like) structure, achieving high corrosion resistance.
